Data Retention & Protection Policy
Principle
Nakama is designed to retain as little as possible: user data lives on the user's device, not on our servers.
OAuth tokens
Stored in Chrome's extension storage on the user's device. Retained until the user disconnects the service (deleted immediately) or uninstalls the extension (removed by Chrome).
Settings and preferences
Stored on the user's device; removed on uninstall.
Processed content
Email, file, message and meeting data is fetched on demand, rendered in the panel and discarded. It is never persisted server-side.
Server logs
Our stateless functions do not log request bodies, tokens or user content. Platform-level access logs (timestamps, status codes) are retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
Backups
We keep no server-side user data, so there are no user-data backups to manage.
Deletion requests
Email help@rexplore.xyz for deletion of anything covered by our Privacy Policy; we respond within 30 days.
