Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nakama browser extension and the website at orenonakama.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Rexplore Inc. ("Rexplore", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Nakama is a Chrome side-panel companion that brings your work tools into one place. It can display and help you act on your Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, and on third-party services you choose to connect (such as Slack, Telegram, Zoom, Figma, Confluence and Google Chat), and it offers productivity and marketing utilities (including AI-assisted drafting and the SEO/AEO/GEO, site-structure and tracker-inspection tools).
The Service runs in your browser. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, and some features depend on third-party services that are outside our control.
3. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to use the Service. You access the Service by signing in with your Google account; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for the accounts and data of the third-party services you connect, and for ensuring you are permitted to connect and use them.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code or secrets from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or any connected service;
- use the Service to send spam, scrape, or otherwise act in breach of the terms of a connected service (for example Google, Slack, Zoom or Atlassian);
- use the Service to process content you have no right to access; or
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Nakama to access that service on your behalf using the permissions (scopes) you grant. Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, and connecting them is at your discretion. You may disconnect any service at any time in the extension settings, which revokes Nakama's stored access for that service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Some features use artificial intelligence — including AI drafting and the live AI-visibility / answer / search tests, which send a query and limited page context to OpenAI's GPT API (via Nakama's server) and Google PageSpeed Insights. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and is not professional, legal, financial or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sending it, and for the content you choose to submit. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent and how it is handled.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, is owned by Rexplore and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you create or process through the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve the Service.
8. Subscription, Billing, Refunds and Cancellation
A Free plan is available now. Paid plans (such as Pro and Team) are billed per workspace and are processed by our payment provider, Polar, which may act as merchant of record. When a paid plan is available, the price, billing cycle, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown to you before you purchase, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges for the plan you choose until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the account console; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds, credits or pro-rated amounts for partial periods, unused time, downgrades, or features you did not use. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period applies (for example for certain EU/UK consumers), it is honored; by asking us to start a paid digital service immediately you acknowledge, to the extent permitted by law, that you may lose that withdrawal right once the service has begun.
We may change prices or the features of a plan on a prospective basis; we will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect, and continued use after it takes effect means you accept it. Taxes, currency-conversion and payment-provider fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may result in suspension, downgrade or termination of the plan. Promotional pricing or coupons apply only as stated and may be withdrawn or changed.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that processing as described there.
10. Accessibility
We want Nakama and orenonakama.com to be usable by as many people as possible and aim to follow recognized accessibility guidelines such as WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we do not warrant that every part of the Service is fully conformant at all times or on every device, browser or assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier or need an accommodation, contact help@rexplore.xyz and we will make reasonable efforts to help and to address the issue.
11. Third-Party Services and AI Providers
The Service connects, only at your request, to third-party services (such as Google, Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, GitHub, Atlassian, Figma, Notion, Dropbox and others) and to AI providers (OpenAI by default, via Nakama's server; or OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) directly if you supply your own key). Those services and providers are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern their processing of your data and the results they return. Nakama does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, output, pricing, or data practices of any third-party service or AI provider, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Nakama is not an AI company and does not train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model on your data. An AI provider you choose to use may, however, process and use data you submit to it under its own terms — please review the terms of the provider you select. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any connected service or AI provider complies with that third party's terms and with any rights of the people and organizations whose information you process.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results (including AI output and the analytics scores) will be accurate, complete or reliable, nor do we warrant any third-party service or AI provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rexplore and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) US$100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexplore and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of the rights or terms of any third party or connected service.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting services and uninstalling the extension, which removes the data stored on your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by a connected service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Governing Law) survive termination.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights and the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence are preserved where applicable law so requires.
17. Language
The English-language version of these Terms is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience only, and in case of any conflict the English version prevails.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least fourteen (14) days' notice through the Service or this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
